IMMIGRATE TO CANADA

  • Express Entry
  • Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)
  • Permanent Residence for Caregivers – Open for Applications!

For anyone looking to permanently settle in Canada, Express Entry offers you the opportunity to immigrate to Canada as a skilled worker through the federal Express Entry program or through one of the many Provincial Nominee Programs. Qualified candidates are ranked using a special points system called the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). Your CRS score depends on your age, education, work experience, English or French language abilities and other individual factors.

At Westpoint Canada, we provide a thorough assessment of your qualifications and help you determine whether you meet the requirements of Express Entry or any other immigration pathway. We help you determine your CRS score accurately and, if you qualify, guide you through the immigration process every step of the way. If your score is too low, we can recommend ways to increase your score based on your individual circumstances.

Our Assessments include:

  • Thorough assessment of your individual circumstances, CRS points calculation for Express Entry, PNP assessment.
  • Review of documentation.
  • Determining the best immigration route to proceed.
  • Identification of possible complications and/or delays, including admissibility issues.
  •  Education on the immigration processes and procedures, including medical requirements, criminal checks, education assessments and answers to any other related questions you may have.

We take pride in the work we do and evaluate your situation thoroughly from the start. We are always available for our clients, not only by email and phone but though WhatsApp or Viber as well. We strive to answer all enquiries within two business days all year round. Our assessments cost CAD$150+ 5%GST.

As members in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), we are bound by its by-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) offer yet another route to Canadian permanent residence, allowing Canadian provinces and territories to nominate certain individuals who are interested in living in a particular province. Each province and territory has its own immigration streams and requirements. Different provinces or territories may target students, skilled workers, semi-skilled workers and/or business people. It is essential to understand the application options you have before applying for any Provincial Nominee Program.

The requirements for each province often change without notice, so it is important to understand the most recent application options and follow the most up-to-date instructions. At Westpoint Canada Immigration, we stay abreast of the developments and changes to the programs for you.

The Home Child Care Provider Pilot and Home Support Worker Pilot programs were introduced by the government of Canada in June 2019. These pilot programs let qualified caregivers and their family members come to Canada with the goal of becoming permanent residents. The application process is different depending on how much qualifying work experience the caregiver has:

  • no qualifying work experience in Canada;
  • less than 24 months of qualifying work experience; or
  • 24 months or more of qualifying work experience.

In general, you must:

  • have a genuine and valid job offer (no LMIA required!)
  • be able to do the job
  • meet the language level of CLB 5 in English or French
  • have completed post-secondary education credential of at least 1 year
  • be admissible to Canada , and
  • plan to live outside the province of Quebec as a permanent resident

Under these pilot programs, caregivers receive occupation-specific (rather than employer-specific) work permits, and employers no longer need to obtain a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) before issuing a job offer. Both pilot programs offer a direct path for permanent residence — once caregivers have met the work experience requirement, they can become permanent residents quickly.
